Before COP21, the IPF was invited by Coordination Senne and Escaut sans Frontières to take part in a conference on climate and water on the “Climate Boat” on the canal in Brussels. A very interesting evening discussing climate change preceded the launch of the kayakers on their over-water journey to Paris. All participating organisations gave the kayakers a message to take to the COP21.
