This sheet provides additional information to the biodiversity flash animation. You will find figures concerning biodiversity loss and explanations on the importance of tropical forests for biodiversity, the FSC-label and the concept of agroforestry.

To put theory into practice, this educational sheet proposes a group activity: "Species and their Respective Climates". This game illustrates biodiversity and the way each species relies on a particular climate to survive. At the end of each theme, references are given for those who wish to collect further information.
