The "Invasive Species" sheet is part of the larger educational dossier on Biodiversity & Climate Change. As it is suggested by its name, this sheet offers an introduction to invasive species as well as to the damage they can cause, whether from an ecological, economical or health perspective.
A group activity called "Down with the invaders!" is presented as a giant memory game. It enables the pupils to gain further knowledge on the invasive species found in Belgium. As a matter of fact, they have now been blacklisted. References are given for those who wish to go further in their research.
