This sheet introduces the concepts of direct and indirect CO2 emissions. It also offers a list of things you can do to reduce your environmental footprint and thus also your greenhouse gas emissions. The "Preserving Biodiversity: things we can do in our everyday lives" sheet is part of the larger educational dossier on Biodiversity & Climate Change.

To put theory into practice, the sheet suggests carrying out an expriment on CO2 and volcanoes. At the end of the sheet, a list of resources is offered for those who wish learn more.
