The sheet on "Biodiversity in the Arctic" is part of the pedagogical dossier on Biodiversity & Climate Change.

This sheet offers an introduction to the two types of polar ice that are the pack ice and ice caps, and to two Arctic ecosystems: the taiga and tundra. This sheet also talks about climate change and how it is causing both the pack ice and permafrost in the Arctic region to melt.
