The sheet on « Biodiversity in Belgium » is part of the pedagogical dossier on Biodiversity & Climate Change.

This sheet introduces the effects of climate change on Belgium's biodiversity. Amongst other subjects, you will find information on the northerly migration of "cold" species and the emergence of "thermophile" species. A group activity is suggested to learn about the concept of invasive species and the risks that are associated. Finally, this sheet also provides resources for further reading.
